Returns and Exchanges

According to the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”, customers have the right to exchange or return goods within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that legal requirements are met.

Products eligible for return or exchange:

A product can be returned or exchanged if:

• it has not been used and remains in its original condition;
• there are no signs of use, damage, or contamination;
• original packaging and complete set are preserved;
• product labels, markings, and documents (if available) are kept;
• no more than 14 days have passed since purchase.

Return and exchange procedure:

To request a return or exchange:

• contact ТОВ «Л.Е.В. ЛТД» and inform us about your request;
• provide the reason for return or exchange;
• receive instructions regarding shipment details;
• send the product for inspection.

After receiving the product, specialists of ТОВ «Л.Е.В. ЛТД» check its condition and compliance with return requirements. If the product meets the necessary conditions, an exchange or refund will be arranged.

Processing time is up to 3 business days after receiving the product and completing the inspection.

Please note:

Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are paid by the customer unless otherwise provided by law or order conditions.

Products that have been cut, measured, customized, or sold according to the customer's individual dimensions (for example: cables, wires, ropes, cords, tapes, fabrics, goods sold by length or other cut-to-size materials) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Products manufactured according to individual customer specifications or with special characteristics are also not eligible for return or exchange.
