Note!
Standard load clamps have a minimum load limit of not less than 10% of the maximum load capacity indicated on the housing. Lifting a metal sheet weighing less than 200 kg with a clamp with a nominal load capacity of 2 tons is not allowed. This can lead to sheet deformation and unreliable holding in the clamp.

The grip only has an upper opening, ensuring self-clamping. As the load weight increases, so does the clamping force. It's not designed for vertically lifting loads.
Working with this type of grip is safe and straightforward: before starting work, it's necessary to release the lock on the upper part of the jaw and monitor the condition of the base and other mechanism elements.

The primary distinction of the DHQP clamp in comparison to the DHQ is its increased opening. This particular horizontal clamp doesn't have fixators and operates on a self-gripping principle. The heavier the load, the greater the force applied to grip the sheet securely. The base of the DHQP clamp lacks rubber pads, presenting an additional advantage.
The key advantage lies in the ability to slide the clamp beneath low-lying metal sheets. These horizontal sheet lifting clamps typically operate in pairs. Often, even two pairs (4 pieces) are used together as a single lifting device. The number of clamps used is determined by the weight and dimensions of the load being lifted.
