Rigging Equipment

Rigging equipment is a set of auxiliary elements and connecting parts used for lifting, securing, and moving various loads. Due to the variety of shapes and designs, rigging ensures reliable and safe operation of lifting equipment in construction, industry, shipbuilding, logistics, and other sectors.

Main types of rigging equipment:

Shackles (straight and bow type)

Used to connect lifting components: slings, chains, ropes, and eye bolts. Provide strong and secure fixing. Available with screw pins or safety pins.

Eye bolts and nuts

Serve as lifting points for equipment or structures. Manufactured according to DIN 580 and DIN 582 standards. Some models offer rotation for easier and safer lifting at different angles.

Carabiners and links

Carabiners allow fast and secure connections of ropes, cables, or slings. Links are used for chain connections or universal joints between lifting accessories.

Wire ropes and rope clamps

Ropes serve as flexible elements for lifting and securing loads. Clamps securely fix rope ends, preventing them from unraveling.

Turnbuckles

Allow precise adjustment of rope, cable, or chain tension, ensuring structure stability.

Thimbles

Protect rope loops from wear and deformation at connection points, increasing service life.

Rigging blocks (pulleys, sheaves, rollers)

Used to change the direction of rope movement and multiply lifting force using mechanical advantage. Available as single or multiple sheave, stationary or swivel blocks.

Hooks

Designed to engage the load. Available with safety latches, self-locking mechanisms, swivels, and specialized designs.

Chains and ferrules

Chains are used to form slings and towing systems. Ferrules crimp ropes to create permanent connections.

Stainless steel rigging

Stainless steel products are used in high humidity and aggressive environments. They offer superior corrosion resistance and durability.
