The XY Roller Skating System is a professional machinery moving solution designed for transporting heavy and oversized equipment safely and efficiently inside factories, warehouses, workshops, and industrial facilities. The system consists of one steerable front roller platform with a towing handle and two rear support skates. This configuration offers excellent load stability, precise steering, and smooth movement of heavy machinery during installation, relocation, or maintenance.

Each platform is equipped with heavy-duty steel rollers coated with durable polyurethane. The rollers provide low rolling resistance, quiet operation, excellent wear resistance, and help protect smooth industrial floors from damage. Heavy-duty bearings ensure reliable long-term performance without frequent maintenance.

The towing handle includes a forklift towing lock, allowing the system to be pulled by a forklift when required. Anti-slip rubber pads on the platforms improve load stability and reduce the risk of shifting during transportation.

The load is first lifted using a jack, hoist, crane, or other lifting equipment, after which the roller skates are positioned underneath. Once installed, even extremely heavy machinery can be moved smoothly with minimal effort.
