Horizontal DHQ Grip for Metal Sheets
- a reliable device designed to move steel sheets and similar items with flat surfaces specifically for horizontal transportation. This sheet grip is characterized by its simplicity and durability. Made from alloyed steel, it's a reliable tool that seldom requires repairs. The DHQ model features an enlarged lower jaw and a locking mechanism that prevents accidental slipping of the load.
Typically, two pairs of grips are used for a single load-gripping device. The number of grips depends on the weight and size of the load: the longer the sheet, the more important it is to use two pairs of grips for stability and to prevent tipping over. The grip only has an upper opening, ensuring self-clamping. As the load weight increases, so does the clamping force. It's not designed for vertically lifting loads.
Working with this type of grip is safe and straightforward: before starting work, it's necessary to release the lock on the upper part of the jaw and monitor the condition of the base and other mechanism elements.
APPLICATION OF THE HORIZONTAL GRIP:
- For lifting steel sheets in a horizontal plane
- For similar elements, following the usage guidelines
ADVANTAGES OF THE HORIZONTAL DHQ GRIP:
- Robust manufacturing material
- Presence of the jaw position lock
- Anti-slip element on the grip's base
- "Self-clamping" principle
- Safety (lack of sharp edges and recesses)
- Operates only in pairs
Features - Cargo grabs for lifting sheet steel in a horizontal position DHQ
