maximum value – 31.5 t.

Connecting products are made for a chain, the diameter of the links of which can range from 6 to 32 mm. The finished links are coated with yellow or red coating and corresponding markings, as well as information about the standard size, load capacity, production date and strength class.

Design and Application

This device is often found under the names “butterfly” and “hummer”, but the official marking is LL. The part consists of two arc-shaped parts, combined during assembly with a special pin and a fastening sleeve. The latter, after assembly, ensures the mobility of the connection and protects the pin from displacement or falling out.

When securing the load, one half of the connecting link engages with the lifting element or hook eye, and the other half with the prepared product. In this case, each part of the link is fastened (fixed with a sleeve and a pin).
