Before a product is released from the workshop, tests are carried out on it. For this, a static load and a special stand are used. The manufacturer provides a guarantee for the 1SK sling for no more than six months, subject to continuous operation in one shift every day.

Rejection of slings 1SK

With constant use of the product, it wears out. The 1SK sling must be periodically checked for defects. The standards for rejecting rope slings in 2021 are regulated by relevant regulations and instructions. Slingers or other persons responsible for compliance with safety regulations are invited to inspect the lifting equipment.

The culling is accompanied by making a corresponding entry in the journal. The frequency of inspections should be once every 10 days. If the 1SK sling is used quite rarely, it is inspected immediately before use.

The condition and integrity of braiding or crimping areas, hooks and the presence of frayed rope fibers deserve special attention. The use of 1SK slings with signs of wear is prohibited.
