USL G100 — universal endless Grade 100 chain sling for heavy-duty lifting

The USL G100 is an endless (closed-loop) chain sling manufactured from Grade 100 lifting chain and fittings. Compared to G80, it is 25% stronger while lighter, making it ideal for handling heavy, oversized loads, loads with sharp edges, and loads with an off-center center of gravity.

The sling complies with EN 818-4, is MPI (magnetic particle) tested, has a safety factor of 4:1, and is designed to operate in temperatures from −40 °C to +400 °C. Within the range −40…+200 °C, the sling retains 100% of its rated Working Load Limit (WLL). Depending on chain diameter, the capacity may reach up to 42 tons.

Why the endless (ring) design matters

The endless configuration allows multiple hitch methods without additional legs or connectors:

• wrap-around hitch

• multi-point load contact

• handling loads with shifted center of gravity

The chain ends are joined by a Grade 100 connecting link (“butterfly link”), ensuring even load distribution across the sling.
