VL G100 chain leg link-to-link — Grade 100 chain component
The VL G100 link-to-link configuration is a universal chain leg without hooks, used as a component in assembled chain slings or as a standalone lifting element. Manufactured from Grade 100 lifting chain and fittings, it is 25% stronger than G80 while being lighter.
Each leg is MPI tested, compliant with EN 818-4, and designed with a 4:1 safety factor. Operating temperature range is −40 °C to +400 °C, with full WLL retained between −40…+200 °C.
Industrial application
The link-to-link design allows flexible sling assembly and integration with cranes, hoists, winches and lifting systems. Widely used in construction, ports, metallurgy, warehouses and logistics.

Operational features
Heavier than textile or wire rope slings. May mark delicate surfaces. Not suitable for sharp dynamic loads. Regular inspection is required.
